3 User Accounts

• You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating or maintaining an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must not share your password, OTP, or account credentials with other people.
• You are responsible for activities performed through your account.
• RMN may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, misuse, or violations of these terms.

4 Listings & User Content

Users may be able to create listings, descriptions, images, messages, and other content on RMN.

• You must provide accurate and non-misleading information.
• You must not upload illegal, fraudulent, stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited goods or content.
• You must not upload content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
• You are responsible for the content you submit.
• RMN may remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.

5 Buyer & Seller Responsibilities

RMN provides a platform that may allow users to discover, advertise, communicate about, and arrange transactions involving products or services.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating products, sellers, buyers, prices, condition, authenticity, payment arrangements, delivery arrangements, and other transaction details.

RMN does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, authenticity, availability, or accuracy of products or services listed by users.

6 Payments & Transactions

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, RMN is not a party to transactions directly arranged between users.

Users are responsible for confirming payment methods, prices, delivery arrangements, refunds, returns, and other transaction conditions before completing a transaction.

Never share passwords, OTPs, PINs, banking credentials, or other sensitive financial information through RMN chat or with another user.

7 Prohibited Activities

Users must not use RMN to:

• Commit or promote illegal activities.
• Conduct scams, fraud, phishing, or deceptive activities.
• Upload malware, harmful code, or malicious content.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate another person.
• Collect or misuse another user's personal information.
• Circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorized access to RMN systems.
• Create misleading listings or intentionally provide false information.
• Use RMN for activities that violate applicable law.

8 Chat & Communication

RMN may provide communication features between users. Chat messages may be stored or reviewed for moderation, safety, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and compliance purposes.

Users should communicate responsibly and must not use RMN communication features for harassment, threats, scams, spam, or illegal activities.

9 Personal Safety

When meeting another user in person, choose a safe, public location whenever possible.

10 Intellectual Property

The RMN website, branding, design, software, graphics, logos, text, and other original materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit RMN's proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.

11 Third-Party Services & Links

RMN may use third-party services or contain links to external websites. These third-party services and websites may have their own terms and privacy policies.

RMN is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites or services.

12 Service Availability

We aim to keep RMN available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the website or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

RMN may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service when necessary.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

RMN may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or remove content when we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or our safety policies.

Users may also stop using RMN at any time.

RMN provides its platform and services on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

RMN does not guarantee that user-generated information, listings, communications, products, or services are accurate, complete, reliable, safe, or suitable for a particular purpose.

15 Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RMN will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from transactions, communications, meetings, listings, user-generated content, or interactions between users.

Users are responsible for making their own decisions and taking reasonable precautions when using the platform.
